Everything ships tracked, from Ireland.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch within 1–3 working days of your order. Orders placed over the weekend go out the following Monday to Wednesday at the latest.

If we expect a delay, we'll email you before your order ships — you won't have to chase us.

Ireland & Northern Ireland

€5.90 tracked delivery via An Post.
Free on orders of €50 or more.

Allow 1–3 working days from dispatch.

UK & EU

€9.90 tracked delivery.
Free on orders of €100 or more.

Allow 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on destination.

Customs

Orders within Ireland and the EU carry no customs charges.

Orders to Great Britain may be subject to customs charges and handling fees on delivery. These are set by UK customs, not by us, and are payable by the recipient.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived within the windows above, email shoda@shodajewels.com and we'll chase it for you.

Something wrong?

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email us with a photo and your order number within 48 hours and we'll put it right. See also our returns policy.
